Since I was a kid

When i was younger (back in the early 80's), I thought that Richard Pryor was my dad. Let me explain, I'm about as white as a bone, but I am part native american on my father's side. Now my parents were separated when I was one year old, so I didn't see my father often, especially in the summer because my dad was a construction worker and was always out in the sun, giving him a hell of a tan. He had thick curly dark hair, dark eyes and a dark mustache, so it was a surprise to me as a young child to see someone with that description be on t.v. I can remember asking my mom once why my dad was on t.v. as I was watching Stir Crazy, she just looked at me and laughed. To this day, Stir Crazy is one of my favorite movies.

I think Mr. Pryor is one of the funniest people that I have ever had the pleasure of inviting to my living room every time that there is one of his movies or specials on. And just want to say thank you, for giving joy to a young kid when she needed it the most. No, Mr. Pryor, you are not dead yet, in fact, you will live on well past your days in my heart to the very least. Lots of love to you!!!
