but yall, you're right. a minor pellet birdshot is something that doesn't pierce a man's heart. WTF? I was just thinking about that. normally something tiny like that would sting from a distance and bounce off, and maybe leave some scarring, not enter the flesh all the way to the heart.

was Cheney-Dick listening to his gangsta rap and visions of popping a cap in someone's ass, but mistook the heart for an ass? either way, it's a strange situation and Whittington is now going to be in a hospital for a week now over a "it's no big deal" problem" sounds like a big deal to me. and big ass hospital bill to match. and of course, we're going to pay for that screw up too!

Cheney-Dick should be under investigation anyway, given Libby's indictment. people are claiming the shooting was done on his own time so leave it alone.

well if the VP shoots a man and covers it up as one of the top lawmakers, that's some stuff we need to know. and what ARE Cheney-Dick's hours?! how do we NOT know he wasn't on the clock since greedy supporters were involved?

WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON???

CNN is putting out some important info about the people involved in the shooting, they have called the story "Hunting for Money?"

Harry Whittingham, owns an office building that housed offices for Bush campaigns as well as Carl Rove. He was also named to positions in the state of Texas under Bush... nothing too big.

Katherine Armstrong the daughter of the owners of the ranch, who has been 'selected' to talk to the press is a lobbyist for the company that has the second highest amount of contracts in Iraq, behind Haliburton.

Speaking of Haliburton, Katherine's mother Anne Armstrong, who actually owns the ranch, is on the board of directors for Haliburton and is described as a 'major contributor' to the Republican Party.

The fourth member of the group is Pamela Willeford, she and her family have donated lots of money to Bush's runs for govenor and president. She was rewarded in 2003 with, what I consider, the easiest job in the world Ambassador of Switzerland. Turns out this position is 'prized' among political contributors and given to people that, of course, donate and generate tons of money... at least we know who to call when you get a bad batch of hot cocoa.

What's also being asked in some quarters, is where were these men's wives? They are on a 'hunting get away' with two women 20-30 years younger than them.

This story runs deep, but the right person is involved in it. Dick Cheney, has established himself as a person that does not interact with the press. So nobody can say he is "running and hiding", he's just doing what he always has done. This is just business as usual for the dirtiest man in the biz... Dirty Dick Cheney.

oh it doesn't surprise me of the "titles" and ownership of those involved in the incident. wolves always stick together in packs. and if Cheney-Dick actually had any real friends that weren't "money-tied" I'd be in shock. clutching my heart like Fred Sanford because I wouldn't believe it.

a human being is a person who has friends from all walks of life, because it shows that they're capable of understanding humanity and reaching out to humans in general.

but check this out. a viewer's letter was read on CNN. the viewer stated I'm not surprised by Cheney-Dick's actions. just like Iraq. shoot first and don't answer questions later.

WHEW!!! FAUX, oops I mean Fox News would have never aired such a letter. or if so the viewer would have been called a "commie"

CNN has been taking shots at Fox News all day. Wolf Blitzer said that was the "safe place" to go, and saying The 'F' Word channel was not going to throw him any high and tight ones that's why nobody else is going to get an interview.
Surprisingly, there are a lot of Republicans saying Cheney HAS to do the 'question and answer' press conference. We know he'll never do it, but for some in his party to throw him under the bus like that is a surprise.

check this out. Cheney-Dick was all teary-eyed over this latest "we say it's not serious" incident. but why couldn't he have been equally as teary eyed over each death in Iraq? man, this is pretty jacked up.

but his "friends" will stand by him, and I say "friends" because they're conditional friends only. if something better comes along or an unethical favor isn't returned, it's all over, and time to find a new kickback. hmm... I wonder how Scootie-L is hanging right about now.

you know what's interesting: why the media isn't linking all these people together. who Cheney-Dick associates with speaks directly to his character. and should further help everyone understand why everyone doesn't trust him and wants questions answered all the time.
