I will get the book as soon as you put it up for sale. You may want to suggest to Jenny as well that you do it in ebook form where people can download the whole book and print it out themselves and get it immediately on their email by paying with their credit card.
If I have one question you are willing to answer it is, "How long hour/day wise did you practice your material (ie 24/7)."
