Randy 'Duke' Cunningham and his flunkies

Post by tamra »

now I wonder if the contractor will start singing like a bird when faced w/jail time. which means there could be more REDs senators busted. man, are they competing with the catholic church or what for scandals?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/usatoday/200511 ... ylawmakers - Contractor woes senators with big bucks'

(ok, that was supposed to be "woes and woos senators", because he's just ensured a bunch of grief for more senators from all the money many accepted while being wooed. :))

deepseas,

and Cunningham has agreed to cooperate w/prosecutors, which means more than the 2 involved, and possible senator indictments, which is probably why Bush took the time to blast Cunningham on national TV, but keeps his mouth shut and opinions to himself about all other investigations.

tis2flyyy,

umm becasue of the amount, Cunningham may do some time. however, it won't stop others from doing the same, they'll just do it smarter.

umm  Lil Kim was sent to prison because of the old hood rule: don't snitch after seeing a crime committed, including one on videotape. that's the most animalistic behavior on the face of the earth. someone got hurt, but you're more loyal to the person who did the hurting w/no sympathy for the person shot or being shot at.

sad because it's like the complete opposite of blacks not being able to go to law enforcement when many civil rights leaders and activists were being maimed to death, kidnapped, murdered right in front of family members and more.

I could understand that rule if all was set right w/out law enforcement w/apologies, amends and corrective behavior, but that's never the case.

tamra,

I bet U five dollars that THAT MAN will not get a whole lot of time.

The color of his skin DICTATES that, not the scale of justice.

I saw him on TV, his entourage flocking around him, putting supporting hands on him as he cries and walks away from the podium. Sheeeeiiiiiit, if he gets more than 2 years, I will be shocked!

& Lil Kim & snitching - I really do not care about that snitching stuff, all I am saying is FREE LIL' KIM so she can get out and promote her new album - that got 5 mic's in the SOURCE. Her new album is BANGIN'! - but you don't like too much rap music, I forgot - my bad.

But on the snitching note, I support NOT TELLING. It is ghetto creed. Snitches do not survive too long - in jail or on the streetz. Sad but true.

But I will tell U this, if it was between telling on somebody to free my azz or go to jail for a year - then I would be SINGING like I was in the choir - cuz the kid can't be doing NO jail time. Jail Jumpers are not the outits of choie for Big T Hollywood. I've gots way too many thangs to do, than to be sitting up in jail with a bunch of dead head females, ya heard!

tis2flyyy,

yeah but don't forget about Enron, Tyco and Worldcom execs doing time, one is doing state prison time (ouch! no fed camp for him! so you know he's scared to death daily!)

and an adelphia ISP/communication services exec is doing time now, but the convicted father isn't because of his age, I think he's in his 80s/90s.

and let's not forget Martha Stewart who just finished playing at fed camp. if there are nuns in prison (yes there are, shocked me to hear this), these guys can and will also go to prison. it all just depends upon the lawyer in some cases.

so time is being given out. I hope he's presented w/option to speak all or go to prison because this little fallout may be a blessing in disguise to start cleaning house.

tamra,

Yeah, I hear you.

There is SOME justice afterall, huh?

But the fact still reamins - WAY more minorities are on LOCK DOWN than rich white executives - or whites, period. & They commit as much crime as minorities do - from sexual harrassment to embezzelment to murder....I be watching Forensic files, girllll!

& that is real.
