Yeah I too wasn't born in that generation, but I've seen a lot of RP movies, and I just want to say, RP, you rock, you're a great comedian, and happy for your contributions to film and comedy. Thanks!

Dervish,
Hey welcome to the site!!
I went to Zimbabwe. I know how white people feel in America now; relaxed! Cause when I heard the police car I knew they weren't coming after me!

Dervish,

You're alright in my book! Too many people confine their experiences to the here and now. They never look beyond their generation, culture, race or gender. In so doing, they cheat themselves of so much joy. But you, my friend, are smarted than that! Familiarizing yourself with Pryor is it's own reward. Comedically speaking, Pryor started it all man. With the exceptions of Bruce and Carlin, more than anyone else RP created the modern genre of stand up. Congratulations on making it to the mountaintop!
