Hi there. Im mofo from wales, uk.

I'd just like to say that richard, you are a true inspiration for battling MS for as long as you have, determined to not let it control everything in your life. by that i mean your great wife and your family.

Having bought the 'convictions' book last week i found your book to be quite moving and deep. Respect for being so honest letting your darkest secrets and thoughts out to the public like that.

I really wish both you and Jen all the best for the future. Send us a pm sometime mofo!
