Message to Rich...
I'm a new member, and I just want to say to Rich that you have been my favorite comedian since I've been able to watch stand-ups. I'm only 21 years old and I can say that none of these new comedians will ever hold a candle to the genius that is Richard Pryor. The simple fact that his comedy has bridged the generational gap to my generation and is still funny as hell, is a real testament to how true his words were and still are. My message to you Rich is to keep you head up, we all still love you, you're the best of the best, and there will never be another like you.

Don_Chelli,
You know funny is funny. Time and age just don't matter.
About a year ago or so I made a cd with some of my favorite storys by richard. My son who was in college took it and played it in his dorm room. Most of the kids did not know who it was, but by the time the tape got half way into Little Feat my son said 25 ot 30 kids passing down the hall had stopped to here the master spin his yarn. All the way from "you lookin at the symptoms", headin to the eye and lips and hoping he ain't had to kiss nothin' to the blue piss and the tiny little feats. They all went away with a smile on their face and I think that's what Richard is all about putting smiles on faces. When it comes to Mr. Pryor the one wish I have is that I could make him smile just once as a small payback for all the times he made me laugh(but I be damn if I going to show my little dick on the internet)
