Max: Male, Orange Tabby mix. He's 6 and overweight at about 18 pounds. He's mellow, friendly, loves attention and should probably eat 'diet' food.

I think it's terrific you are posting this message about the tabby needing a home-one of the things Richard and I hope to accomplish with this sight is to help animals!
