Okay there's this service out which provides driver's license style cards for persons "ok to have sex with".
The way it works is the card & pin is given to potential partner who then calls a number & gets person STD test history including date of their last test.
The idea is it would promote safer sex practices and shame those who won't. Cost is $19.99/year. Good deal for a brother from Brooklyn who started it locally and word of mouth led to more subscribers. Program is now going national.
Butttt I say take it one step further: tell me who a mutha slept with last, their last 5 partners.
