No, I was over 200 lbs not too long ago... I have the pictures to prove it!!!
The Man in Charge has helped me in more ways than one...
instead of eating icecream, I'd put it on my head!

I can feel your pain! I was at one time close to 300 and now a couple of years later, 155-160! I am honestly half the man I used to be!

I lost 40 pounds in the eight monthes before my wedding. The diet was called : Hey Fat Ass Don't eat so much fucking food!! Details of my new book to follow.
