This is getting old.....and for the most part, irrelevant. Fans of Mencia will adore him no matter who he steals from. If anything, you'll be demonized for pointing out his thievery. Sad really...

Mencia is a thief! But it doesnt' seem to make much difference. Ned already has a following who'll defend him regardless of what he does. Moreover, he's one of a very few high profile Latin comedians. Nobody wants the bigot labeled attached to them.
I'm not knocking anyone for telling the truth. But it's not in the best interest of struggling comedians to antagonize a more established one like Mencia. Okay, maybe it's fine here...because there's anonymity online. But hopefully, you see my point.
This reminds me of Quint Hatch's dogging out Buddy Hackett a couple of years ago. Hackett was an old hack..but he was still Buddy Hackett and powerful enough to get an unknown kicked off the show. Meanwhile Quint, a great comedian, is
eating ramen noodles and living in a broom closet in the Hampshire on w. 48th street...
