I found this on http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20051118/pl_nm/bush_leak_dc - Yahoo News'
"Special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald said in court filings that the ongoing CIA leak investigation will involve proceedings before a new grand jury, a possible sign he could seek new charges in the case.

In filings obtained by Reuters on Friday, Fitzgerald said "the investigation is continuing" and that "the investigation will involve proceedings before a different grand jury than the grand jury which returned the indictment" against Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff, Lewis "Scooter" Libby."

Could Rove be next?

tamra,

Heh! Yeah, I'd say Fitzy is sexy. To me, smart, articulate and ethical=sexy. If he takes down Rove, rrrrrwoooorrrrr.

astonamous,

I hope my baby's daddy, Fitzy can clean house before this term is over. there are a lot of feds not rolling over w/what's happening. esp. given their world has dramatically changed as well since the Iraq war.

did I mention I just don't like or trust Cheney? I believe the top man may not know alot as in info gets to him last or after the fact, as much as I believe the 2nd in charge has his hands in a lot of dirt. he's not even fuckable. but if anyone in here wants to get down in the sack w/the Cheney-meister, step up now. I hate being wrong....*tapping fingers*....

so we're losing all around here. he gots ta go, he ain't gotta go home, but he gots to get the hell outta the white house.

deepseas,

I don't understand why Rove is not being prosecuted right along side Libby.

and I wonder about Andrew Card's resignation. what's up with that? get him out now before something scandalous unfolds seems to be the routine.

deepseas,

yeah and the funniest thing is yesterday the Senate passed a bill to limit lobbyist. that's like a polygamist setting rules on the number of wives he will have. @.@ give me a break.

I feel like we're in a very, very bad comedy show and I'm just not getting the punchline and by the time I laugh, it'll be way too friggin' late.
