Shorties Watching Shorts = Beavis & Butthead?

Have you guys seen the promos for this series? Two pre-verbal cartoon infants crack wise while watching (comedy) clips on TV... sound familiar? 
Dunno what to make of this until I actually see it for myself. But I personally think that talking to the screen was crafted to perfection by Joel, Crow & Tom Servo. ;p
