I was at warren street tube, one stop away when it happened yesterday morning. If those bombs had gone off 10 to 20 minutes earlier there would be many more casualties, but most people were already at their desks for 9am. Thank fuck we got lazy terrorists.
Its been said in other posts, but I just want to re-itterate something. Londoners are tough, we have taken the knocks for a thousand years and are still here, most of us are back in work this morning, as a city we took a punch in the face yesterday, but for fuck sake, what do those crazy fundamentalists think they can do to London? We are made of fucking stone. Don’t pick fights with Londoners. We have taken em all on and shit them out the other side. 60 years ago we took all Hitler could chuck down on us from above, we lived through 30 years of random attacks by the IRA, and have suffered the constant shit from those fucking pigeons since the romans stuck up their first statue, and still we have the best, most beautiful, historic and amazing city in the world. I am gonna leave one last comment, in fact it’s a request, a wish and maybe a solution. I don’t want anyone to go having a knee jerk reaction to anything that has happened today or in the past, even if it affected you directly. Muslims are good people who love peace, each-other and you. Do not confuse Muslims with terrorists, because some of the shit I heard from people esterday has just been stupid, small and shallow minded and won’t get anyone anywhere. In fact you exasperate the fucking situation which makes you as bad as them.

Why does different automatically become Threat. Why cant we just let each other be who we are without feeling some need to destroy each other? If we were all the same there would never have been a need for Richard, there would never have been comedy. Being different is what makes Life interesting but it doesnt have to make Life painful. Keep your head up girl, cuz We The Different, We the Crazy dont keep on keepin on this World is done.

It becomes a threat because people feel threatened by difference and change. If we were all homogenous and alike, we'd be probably a lot more peaceful, but we would make for a very boring race of animals.

Man, I gotta give another shout-out to people in London! it's the day after and everybody has just dusted themselves off and gotten back into the swing of things. I'm DJing at a bar in Hackney tomorrow, there was talk of it being cancelled, but one of the owners said "Fuck it, why should the terrorists ruin a good jam? besides, there's no bomb built yet that's gonna me from tryin to get some!". It's good to see that life goes on and that people can still crack jokes. That's why Richard is the muthafukkin man, because it didn't matter what sh*t he went through, he still brought out the joy from the pain to enable us to get through the worst. And that is as true of him today as it was when he was born.
