wow .....now that's a link that ya gotta roll your sleeves up an jump in....I think Epps looks the part somewhat an is unknown enough to play Pryor....and well....Arquette is talented but you know....you can't make an actress play beautiful....no matter how talented she is....it is better to get one better suited for this....and she is too famous....you can't get one ego one uppin another ego....that is not what you want....I mean if all they want is someone to play a loosely based charachter then go with what you want....Chapelle looks nothing like Pryor....an is not funny enough to me......an I would hate to see that character up there for the full two hours....S. Jackson is talented but he has no comedy experience.....or not enough....Jamie Foxx is okay.....I guess....and the guy that played in Undercover Brother was funny in that movie....but he is too famous an not funny enough....hell who is ?.... ....and as far as Bingolong playin the part he might ifn he losed enough weight..trimmed down an shaved his goatee an mustache just right....but even then is he funny?....

Mos Def said in the "Parade" that he actually had been acting before he was known for rapping but in retrospect they cast the right guy.The main reason I looked that thread up was to see if we mentioned Epps in the our list.

chelcie3, I don't think there is anyone that can be the man cept the man himself, I think Epss would do better then most, and he always gives Mr P his props

Yeah check him out in just about anything he has done he always takes something that can be mediocre and makes it ten times better.Like I really didn't like the Resident Evil sequel as much as i did in the original but his character was by what made the movie for me. So just thinks if he finaaly gets material that is not subpar?He is someone who always improves the material so just think of what he will do with the Pryor story!!!
"All About The Benjamins" was actually way more a vehicle for Epps than Ice Cube once he got thru with the movie!!!
