Well I heard thru a reliable source that they had already been shipped out to places like Hollywood video so I think it might be to late to recall.

The DVD will be available at the original date it was set for.

As for the newest season of Chappelle's Show, that has been pushed back, due to an extended period of time where Chappelle was "sick", and could not come in to work on all the scripts he was asked to finish for his contract.

I think I can answer for jermainebailey. For some reason, DVD's and to some extent video games and albums come out a little early in NYC. I'm not sure where he got his from but if I asked around I know somebody would have it. I used to go to a spot called dvd palace but they're mostly porn now.
