I'm just getting into the idea that I can be a part of this, nothing to add really, just saddened about the Gene W post that is up, I always entertained the idea that Richard and him were good friends. Life is harsh, I think I prefer movies at times... Jennifer looks great. From the Englishman

I don't understand why the illusion is so crushing? They made great movies yes, but at the end of the day I think most of us understood it was a business

Anditsdeeptoo, I think people misunderstand what they were watching,they [/i]think [/i] they were watching 2 comedians.Because the movies are labeled as [/i]comedies[/i] But actually they were watching ,one of the Greatest Comedians of all time,who also was an excellent actor.
Paired up with an average actor ,who happened to act in comedic movies.,who in the encyclopedia of entertainment ,will be listed as just that!

I feel only sympathy for Gene. It must be tough standing in the shadow of greatness. His claim to fame is playing second banana to RP. What else did he have? Willy Wonka? What a blow to the ego!
