THE BLOWJOB

Several years ago our president got caught with his pants down ,literally. And in all places ,the White House. And a bigger stain was left behind, than was on that big blue dress.
Excluding Teddy Kennedy, Democrats could always take the blue ribbon in discussions of morality. Ever since Richard Nixon left office,Republicans were viewed to say anything,
pay anybody,do anything ,to stay in power.Even if it meant break the law ,or enlist very unlikable characters from Manuel Norieaga to our buddy Saddam Hussein. Ronald Reagan had Iran -Contra,his war on drugs made cocaine, that at the time of my high school graduation in 1981 was concidered a RICH'S MAN'S HIGH ,affordable to anybody who could pony up enough for a 6 pack. From almost unobtainable, to a nationwide epidemic in a few short years. The flood of that drug into our nations cities and countyside ,destroyed as many lives and families than any war or natural distaster could have.
Jimmy Carter left office tainted by the Iranian Hostage Crisis. His most rememberd act was, to keep our atheletes home from the 1980 Olympics .Oooooohh....Ruthless!! Going back 45 years to JFK, the Democratic Party was the party of youth, hope ,and vision. Vision that would put man on the moon .And give the nation a document to ensure real equality, the Civil Rights Bill. When it came to moral capitol the Dem's had the PLATINUM CARD....... And then a zipper lost it's charge on Pennslyvania Ave. And faster than you could say "lockbox" all that moral capitol EVAPORATED !!!!
Now where are we ? The president has a mandate his party holds the majority in the Senate & the House. Democrats can only delay and fillibuster the bills and laws they don't have enough votes to overturn.Just yesterday the President signed a bill that intecedes the wishes of a spouse ,in a time of war ,when it shouldn't even be in his consideration at all. I'm tellin ' ya' There's a cold wind a blowin'.......it's a breeze of discontent that is further separating a nation in many ways
politically......financially ,....ideaologically......you name it ....where and when will it end ??

All because of a .......

bcddjjsc690,

That was funny until I read this line:

'“There’s a 5-year-old child here,” Mirabelli said. “Imagine how a child feels when your father says he feels emotionally damaged by your birth.”'

Well, that little chitlin will find out soon enough in what's called "reality." Besides, that child wouldn't make an issue out of it until they reached their teens, in which they'd then need therapy or shoot themselves. And if they shoot themselves...well, it's a sad thing, but sometime post-birth abortions have their place.

I'm feeling a bit cynical this evening.

bcddjjsc690,

A poetic notion indeed, I think the Dems inability to push porward a candidate with a stern backbone and a personality has more to do with their loss of power rather than some gizz on a dress. Bubba got blown by one intern and now we're all being fucked by a Dick and a Bush. The dems need a charasmatic leader with strong conviction.

bcddjjsc690,

Seems to me the republicans are just better at fixing elections, voter intimidation, machines run by companies that "aim to insure the President's re-election". The lefties gotta be better cheaters.

Anditsdeeptoo,
you mean they say anything , do anything ,pay anybody to stay in power? ... 8-o Even side against a spouse's wishes to let a wife die....so if the DEMS oppose ..they appear to be evil...talk about spin ,that's a whiffle ball in a hurricane!
