Dear God! I just cruised into this site a few days ago and I have to tell you, you guys are hard core! A piece of advice for anyone new to the site - fuck trying to read all the damn threads on this bitch. By the time you actually read one all the way through, it's been updated about 200 times. I mean, ANYONE who has ever been paid ANYTHING to tell a joke will tell (or anyone who knows comedy, for that matter) will tell you Richard Pryor was the best. But to see so many people appreciate a legend for what he's all about... well, that's almost as cool as seeing the legend appreciate the fans, too. I've been a Pryor fan since long before I told my first joke onstage (twelve years ago) and, while I may not be able to post 14,000 replies in 27 minutes, I'm looking forward to spending the next seven years trying to read all the posts.
