Hey, well does it count that I actually am moving to Alaska. There's a hot inuit stand-up scene I wanna get into. I gotta go practice my fish and inefficiency of the igloo jokes.

But seriously...I am moving to alaska, hence Fairbanks.

If you guys heard my mp3 then you would know I'm kinda on my own page I'm not saying I'm better of funner (Is that a word? lol) I just do the type of humor that I enjoy doing if they don't like it thats ok I'm not about to dance for anybody.

I voted for 'be an outcast and go broke', because I believe in using reverse psychology on my beliefs, and need to be trendy so I can afford to buy designer shirts.
Um, really I just feel that crowds are fickle, and that you might as well just go your own way and carve out a niche that will hopefully constantly increase in size.

I've always been a little of beat, and have never tried to follow the trend. It has taken me longer but I'm happy. One of my mentors--comic Dave Tyree told me once" What kind of last name is Peron for a nigga...oops wrong one he said. "Your funny and creative, but you don't steal jokes you'll never be famous" I said Dave you don't steal jokes and your funny as hell. He said yep but america doesn't know who the fuck I'am, all the joke thieves have T.V. shows and movies. Then I realized that if I'm to make it in the business I will be true to myself, and keep my integrity at all costs; even if I'm to be and outcast so be it. A great man walked of stage in Las Vegas, so he could do material that wasn't cookie cutter....Richard Pryor. If it was good enough for the king...than it's good enough for me.

Good luck in Alaska, there are a few good comedy rooms in Fairbanks, Ancorage, Kingsinton. But there all on Military bases. If you need help starting up rooms in Alaska let me know. I'll send you a contract you can use to get the room and get the door and a percent of the bar. Good Luck, and it's cold! But very pretty.
