I'm Sitting here........

Well, I'm sitting here waiting for the World Series to begin. My team the Redsox are playing for the first time since 1986 and my nerves are begining to get to me.
These two teams, Boston ans St. Louis, played 1967, the "Imposible Dream" year and the Redsox lost in 7 games and I remember it well.
Now the reason I'm posting this is because I have poured my first Rasberry Stolie and Diet Sprite.
I use the diet Sprite because of my Diabetes.
Have you seen the new and improved Diet Sprite?
It's called Diet Sprite Zero now because it has no sugar, no carbs, and no caffine.
What the hell am I paying $1.89 for????
Fortunatlly I planned ahead and I only have enough Stolie for two drinks if things go bad because I live on the 7th floor of an apt. building with a balcony overlooking the parking lot.
Dave and I have a good rivalry, he loves the Yankee's and I love the Sox and we were snapping each other pretty good.
And dave is now pulling for the Redsox.
Now we all know what happened to the Yankees and I'm afraid if the Sox blow it I'll never be able to look at a Dumbass post in the eye again.
The Redsox, in case you don't know, haven't won the World Series since 1918 so please hit your knees tonight and say a prayer for the Sox.
My father lived until he was 76 years old and he never saw them win.....I would like to see it once if it's not too much trouble. :p
