Whoever here on the boards who would know about this (jennifer?),
You know, when you buy Craps: After Hours on disc, the booklet has a list of future releases of Richard's from the Laff Records discography, out of print albums like "Insane", "Holy Smoke", "Blackjack", "Rev Du Rite", etc.... are there still plans to actually release these? Just wondering what the material on these is like and if it will be available soon! Thanks!!!

brother_drew,
Jennifer has said that she is working on releasing the material from those unauthorized releases. What you hold in your hand is essentially a bootleg.

astonamous,
Thanks Trudy for the link. Cleared up a lot of stuff for me. Damn! Mr. Pryor is lucky to have the Misses in his corner. We should all be so lucky to have someone like her in our lives. But I digress. I can't wait until the officially licensed Richard Pryor stuff comes out.

Jennifer,
Thanks for the info... I didn't realize Craps, The Wizard of Comedy, and the rest of the Loose Cannon releases are unauthorized... if that's so, how come they are still commercially available?!
Can't wait for the Evolution/Revolution set... keep up the good work.
Best--
Andrew
