hellifiknow,

That roommate was Al B...another good friend of mine. That was about a year ago when he got shot. Al will do anything for a good bit. Actually, I think they shot him while trying to steal his car. I still don't know why. Have you ever seen Al's car? It's a lawn mower with a seatbelt on it! But I digress.

You ever been to the LaffStop, LaffSpot, Improv, Comedy Showcase or Rudyards? I would love to see your act. Oh and I'll mention the incident to J. Frederick Rhetoric. You're right, they're all great guys.

mojones,

My act involves sitting in the crowd laughing my ass off and drinking beer. Strictly a fan.

I went with Mark to open mic night but work and such limited most my exposure to campfire jam sessions. Freds a Zep fanatic also and showed me a few licks, quite the picker isn't he.

Mark might have kept me from becoming gator shit, I wade fished the area till he clued me in. Later I fell off a boat dock and he said I was in and out of the water so fast I barely got wet.

You ought to tell everyone here the story of the shooting/ass whooping, I'm just glad it turned out the way it did.

Thanks again!

hellifiknow,

Youre right. Its a great story. But since Al often uses it in his set, I wouldn't dare tell it. Just professional courtesy....
