Murphdogg runs a great open mic on Sundays. If any of you have a chance to drop in, it is certainly worth your time and efforts. The bikini contest is the shit, especially when he has certain guests Emcee them. Keep up the good work Murphdogg!

Gareth, it's at 1310 Howe ave in Sacramento. Called the ocean lounge..I'll try and find the zip code for you, it's every sunday..Xl comic is the only comic that's ever mc'd the bikini contest besides me..mainly cause he takes him on the road to do comedy in exotic places like Alteris..

lol @ alteris. what a shit hole... i been there before. no offense anyone from, near , or around alteris.
i grew up in the east bay. i usually stay out there. but i got a few reletives i hate in sac. maybe i smile long enough to exist out there for more than five minutes.
ALSO --- SMJM call me up to confirm for tonight... i havent talked to you in a couple days, and i wont leave work early and drive all the way to freakin oxnard without a confirmation. please call me asap.

Gareth, your not kidding about alteris..lol, xlcomic when he was on stage asked "so what do you all do in alteris for fun..and a scairy old redneck in the crowd answered "we kill comics"...

I took Murphdogg on the road with me, but he failed to mention that when we were a half hour out of that shithole, and he had forgotten his cell phone plugged in at the hotel. We had to drive back. I had to see that place one more time than I wanted to. The gig was at a casino. The casino was in a trailer. Apparently they just upgraded from a TUFF SHED. We all could have got laid, because their boyfriends were all in confinement. Now Poncho from CHIPS is trying to get you to buy property there by calling it "California Pines". Good Luck if you buy a piece of property for less than you would pay for a used car. Yeah, great place. I'll go back when the rest of California breaks off into the ocean.
