Naw I think he mostly stuck w/ Richard, which brings up the question:

How does Jack become short for John or Dick for Richard?

I have wondered that one for years. I used to go by my middle name "Derrick" until people started calling me "Dick"

I could see "Rick" before I could see "Dick"!!?? I guess they just took the first part and added it to the last part......just lazy if You ask me!!!!!!
