question for vegatarians

was it hard for you to give up meat? I've read enough on the subject to know it would be better for the environment and that cattle eat more food then they produce, so it would be morally right to become a vegetarian..I just can't seem to get the will to give up meat cause I'm not a big vegatable person

Ya have to want to develop a taste for other things other than meat, there are a lot of great alternatives, not just veggies!!! You have to be more creative but it's damn sure healthier!
