Never mind - guess I'm not so intelligent. I didn't notice it wasn't the homepage of the site and when I went to the homepage all was explained. But my point is still valid. It very well could have been on the level!

We live in a very interesting time in history. I don't say that because of the Web page. I say that because an intelligent and informed American like myself can't for the life of me figure out if it is a joke or not! I guess I'll have to find out.
