tamra,
I am so glad they showed some of my rescue dogs!
Two of those shown are now in fabulous homes!
And my house is more balanced...and my dogs are happier!

Jennifer,

isn't that funny how dogs will tolerate another visiting pet, but when it leaves, they're like well it was good having him/her around but I need my damn space! same as people with house guests.

and I hope more people are educated about the costs involved in rescuing and caring for ANY animal. it's not just about throwing a $0.25 cents can of cheap food on the ground and calling it a day like some ignant folks think. @.@ but there are always the others who will say "it's just a dog, cat, rabbit, or whatever". @.@ those are the mofos I try to avoid on a daily basis for several reasons. :p

hopefully the The Dog Whisper's site will be updated with clips from the show online. definitely worth seeing. :) because that cable channel is not included with everyone's package. it's strange because across the water in Jersey it is with some companies, but in NYC, it's included with weird channels you'd never watch, while you're given hundreds of other shit you don't need.

astonamous,

I know I saw what hellifiknow said yesterday and fell out. I didn't even think about that. but that would have been funny, and I bet excused. hey, she's Richard Pryor's wife.

astonamous,

my dog never did any of that. when I gave commands, he just looked at me then fell out, then rubbed me on my head as if to say "thanks for the laugh, I'm going back and protect the house while you play the all important jump rope or hula hoop game" (probably explains why my cats are in charge now. @.@ )
