you should definitely rent The Late Shift movie. since then, I've never watched Leno. and have solely stuck with Letterman and Conan, and Jimmy Kimmel. Jay really should have talked to Conan personally w/class first and foremost (given the past) instead of letting execs screw Conan over in the same way as Letterman. only difference is Conan got a huge screwed-over check. Letterman was treated poorly overall.
