Does any body remember this comedy routine?????

I can't remember the comic who did this routine. I emailed Joel Haas from XM Comedy but he can't think of it.
I Thought it was Eddie Griffin but I can't find it in his two CDs.
He talks about going to the batber and the barber starts rubbing his crotch against his arm and how uncomfortable he's getting. Them next thing he knows the barbers rubbing his his balls on his hand. Than he exclaims "So I cupped his balls" then he started jacking off the barber. And I think it ends with him getting the best hair cut but he's afraid to go back there.
This of course is not word for word.
This routine is HILLARIOUS.
