abnormalandbitchy,

I just wanted to say what a wonderful person I think you are for caring enough to rescue the animals. I wish the best for you and your son.

Well heres some new pics of sweetheart in her new halter , it went well today we worked hard on getting her to stand while i lifted my knee to her belly , first by patting all over around her back and belly with my hand and then lifting my knee to her belly, it took lots and lots of running circles , backing up and firmly telling her to woah and stand, I cheered her on each time she stood for even a secound

, and scolded every time she wanted to run away , by scolding i mean firmly saying no and then reassureing her i wouldnt hurt her in the end there was great improvement she would let me hold my knee agaisnt her and move it about, one side seems more sensitive , her outside -side she will barely flich when i raise my knew the inside she wants to bolt so we will keep working on it :P

abnormalandbitchy,

OMG this is awesome and made me cry. ):) thanks for the pics. you are beyond wonderful for doing this, and a very fortunate and blessed person.

I will keep your son in my prayers, send around a prayer request (yes, prayer truly does work, esp. when you pray for others) and light a candle for him.

and Sir Struts A Lot is very handsome.

my two favorite animals are horses and dolphins. oh and of course the two murderous, shakedown lions (my bad ass cats) I shack up with. :)

abnormalandbitchy,

from what I understand it's volunteers every where who do what u do - help rescue animals ):) so u already are involved. :)

one thing u could do is just bring awareness to others locally so they can contribute to the site. :) let them know what you did and let them that by supporting the site and cause they can help wittle woobies, I mean animals in need. :)

ok going figure out how to build an aquarium in apt so I can keep a dolphin.
