Its already out on DVD and I bought it. The Richard stuff is hilarious but his parts were edited too much. When Richard was in Wattstax they let him do his thing

I got it off ebay for only $6. Just because Richard is on the cover don't think the movie is about him. They only show snippets of him giving commentary on various subjects. I already knew this because I saw this movie when I was kid.
