Two Saint Louis County Animal Shelters Do Not Have Air Conditioning

Some animals are dying from the heat beacause our local fat ass polititions do not want to install air conditioning in the animal shelters. The government can spend $30 Million on a space toilet and thirty thousand dollars on a screw driver, and they just buy big electric fans for the dogs and cats. I get it the hair would clog the filters, Yahh right.
