JTF,

Glad to have that cleared up then

Update: You can see what I'm doing with this new forum, and bugfix reports here: http://www.aagu.net/richardpryor/forumd ... php?fid=29

These are simply bugfix reports and notes for my purposes but it will include additional modifications added to the board.

Chrno,

You're new. You don't know yet that my brain is kinda like this board. It's antiquated, never functioned properly, and nobody wants to know how it actually works...

So if we will lose all of our posts, we should start going back and making copies of everything we said so that on the new board we can paste old posts, and have everyone respond to them with their original comments. Kinda like taking the furniture with you when you move so that you feel at home in the new pad!

JTF,

Then, you can begin going through the 2000+ topics and copy them :\

It'd make so much more sense to archive. But this isn't my call...it's the owners or Richard and Jennifer rather. ;)

How about we wait for their input before pressing the movement on this. I'm meerly getting a board READY.

Chrno,
Will have to start over my posts count...it was hard to get these 3600 some odd posts?@.@

I'll tell you the only thing I am not liking so far is the format.I mean it looks so much like other message boards right now.I like the uniqueness of this boards design. It was so user friendly or at least unintimidating. This was actually the first message board I frequented. That said alot of what i am saying could be based on that I am very use to this format but I must say how ever ends up I hope the lookm still remains unique.

That being said what ever is the best for the overall...

bingolong,

I value that input :)

Yes, the thing about XMB is it's just that easy to customize, this can't be the finished product as I have nothing to integrade it into (what? my site? rofl)

Merging it with the site is easy, just on the directory I put the test board on...there's nothing to integrade it to.

Chrno,
archiving makes sense , as long as the posts are not lost ,
we're creatures of habits and I'm sure it's for the better ,
The crash right after midnight on TMIC's birthday was quite a bummer.
