9.11.01 PRAYER

There is a blessing that many can’t see
Our Savior is upon us on this day
The serpent has arrived and taken our lives
However, will never succeed our souls
Although mortals left behind cannot understand
Our Lord has shown us His way
Evil will come to tempt us and take us over
Sometimes, it will only take us
His plan is not for us to know
Regardless of our personal pain
We are to be confirmed in our faith
That what has been was meant to be
Many loved ones have superceded our mortal days
And entered a place only the blessed can go
Say a prayer today for those souls who have risen
That they may be forgiven and blessed
Allow the Lord to take them into the gates of Heaven
For the rest of their eternal days
May they praise Him in all His glory
And kneel to Him as only His children would
We ask Lord, that you cradle their souls in You’re palms,
Forgive them of all sins current and past,
We ask Lord, that You fill their souls with You’re love,
And embrace them with You’re eternal peace,
Please Lord, do not forget those who were left behind
With pain in their hearts and those with little faith
Allow them to see You’re glory and accept it’s worth
Please Lord, I ask You to acknowledge our prayer
And we trust in You’re judgment hereinafter
By the graciousness of God Almighty, I pray today
Amen
