Noth Korea said sanctions are an act of war. I do not like Bush but he is handeling the situation well. I just wonder who North Korea is going to bomb first and if people are going to make a nuclear assault parlay and make bets. Should we call Vegas and have them make odds? I am willing to bet that if they try dropping a bomb on the United States, they will be blown off the map and the whole world will look at the United States like we are the bad guys.

The world is like a suburban neighborhood. We all have our places to take care of and occasionally wave across fences, then go and jerk off in private.
One major problem we have is that we have been playing all of our neighbors. If you cut your neighbor's lawn one week they might thank you. Do it a second, then a third, then a fourth... on that fifth week not only will they expect you to cut their lawn, but sweep up the clippings and maybe rake it too. Then they'll look at the bushes and think they could use trimming. If you stop cutting their lawn they scream their heads off.
We are the bossy neighbor that borrows tools and never returns them. We've got the guy's hedge trimmers and if he asks for them back we threaten to stop cutting his lawn He's used to sitting on his ass watching football, so he lets us keep the hedge trimmer, but plots to slash our tires at night.
Sadaam was that noisy neighbor nobody likes who sits out front yelling at kids to keep off his lawn. We hated his ways and his big, barking dog that never shut up. Well, we pretty much got rid of his dog, but he kept the BEWARE OF DOG sign to frighten away most people. That wasn't good enough so we got rid of him. Now look at what those kids are doing to that lawn...
